Resumen
[ES] En mi trabajo de fin de grado analizaré el reclutamiento en recursos humanos en el entorno de las grandes empresas, con el fin de conocer las tendencias existentes de dichas sociedades en la actualidad.
El proyecto se muestra estructurado en tres partes principales. En primer lugar, el marco teórico, en el que se explica el reclutamiento en los recursos humanos. En segundo lugar, se hace un análisis pormenorizado de un número significativo de artículos publicados en diversos periódicos, revistas, internet. Para ello, se ha acudido a una herramienta como LexisNexis, bases de datos digital de publicaciones, pero también a ediciones en papel o digital. Por último, de todos los artículos resumidos y analizados individualmente, se han podido extraer algunas conclusiones sobre las tendencias en reclutamiento de recursos humanos que dominan actualmente en el ámbito empresarial, más concretamente, las grandes empresas.
[EN] In my work EOG, I will discuss human resources recruitment in the environment of large companies, in order to know the tendencies of these societies today. The Project is structured in three main parts. First, the theoretical framework, which is explained the recruitment of human resources. Secondly, an analysis is made of a significant number of articles published in newspapers, magazines, Internet. To this end, it has gone to a tool such as LexisNexis, digital data bases of publications, but also in paper or digital editions. Finally, of all the items summarized and analyzed individually, they have been able to draw some conclusions about trends in recruiting human resources that currently dominate in business, in particular, large companies.
