MODELOS ESTADÍSTICOS DE CRECIMIENTO POBLACIONAL APLICADOS A ESPECIES DE INTERÉS AGRÍCOLA.

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es el de realizar una revisión sistemática exhaustiva, sobre los trabajos científicos existentes en los que se aplica la modelización estadística del crecimiento en especies hortofrutícolas de especial interés en España. El trabajo se centra sólo en artículos en los que se aplican alguno de los modelos de crecimiento más populares, como son los modelos de tipo Logístico, Gompertz, von Bertalanffy, Brody y Richards. Los trabajos involucrados en la búsqueda se encuentran dentro de un marco temporal que abarca desde el año 2000 hasta el año 2020. Tras la revisión bibliográfica, se seleccionan aquellos artículos clave en los que se demuestra que la modelización estadística es una herramienta muy útil para realizar predicciones sobre características que relacionan el crecimiento volumétrico de las frutas y hortalizas en cuestión.

The aim of this work is to carry out an exhaustive systematic review on the existing scientific literature in which the statistical growth modelling is applied, specifically in fruit and vegetable species of great importance in Spain. The work focuses only on articles in which some of the most popular growth models are applied, such as Logistic, Gompertz, von Bertalanffy, Brody, and Richards models. The works selected in this review were published ranged between the years 2000 and 2020. After the bibliographic review, it is selected the key articles which proved the utility of statistical modelling as a very useful tool to make forecasting about some characteristics of the volumetric growth of the fruits and vegetables in question.
