Resumen
Partiendo de procedimientos previamente descritos en la literatura, se ha preparado el precursor 5-alil-2-amino-4,6-dicloropirimidina mediante síntesis primaria del anillo de pirimidina y su modificación, y se han estudiado las condiciones más óptimas para la monoaminolisis selectiva; aunque en esta molécula no ha sido posible dirigir la reacción, se han estudiado diferentes metodologías sintéticas y analizado los productos obtenidos (RMN, EM, etc.)
Based on procedures previously described in the literature, it has been prepared the precursor 5-allyl-2-amino-4,6-dichloropyrimidine by primary synthesis of the pyrimidine ring and afterwards its modification, and studied the best conditions for selective monoaminolisis ; although this molecule has not been suitable to achieve the expected reaction, it has been studied and analyzed different synthetic methodologies and the isolated products characterized by spectrocopic techniques (NMR, MS, etc.)
