Resumen
[ES] La inteligencia emocional (IE) en el ámbito educativo presenta gran importancia por los beneficios que aporta al alumnado
y al profesorado. El objetivo principal de ofrecer una educación emocional es formar al alumnado íntegramente aportando
herramientas para la resolución de conflictos y el desarrollo de las habilidades sociales.
Este Trabajo Fin de Máster se fundamenta en la importancia de educar emocionalmente al alumnado con el
objetivo de que el aprendizaje sea un proceso significativo en la vida de los y las estudiantes mediante IE, las habilidades
sociales y la resolución de conflictos. El fin último pasa por ir más allá de los contenidos curriculares y ofrecer una
educación que promueva no solo el desarrollo laboral sino también el personal. Del mismo modo, se diseña y planifica la
unidad didáctica “La intervención grupal: técnicas y dinámicas”, para llevar a cabo en el módulo de Dinamización Grupal del
Ciclo Formativo de Técnico Superior en Animación Sociocultural y Turística, siguiendo la normativa vigente y bajo una
metodología donde el alumnado es el protagonista de su propio aprendizaje.
[EN] Emotional intelligence (EI) in education is of great importance due to the benefits it brings to students and teachers. The main objective of offering emotional education is to train students as a whole by providing tools for conflict resolution and the development of social skills. This Master's thesis is based on the importance of educating students emotionally with the aim of making learning a significant process in the lives of students through EI, social skills and conflict resolution. The ultimate goal is to go beyond curricular content and offer an education that promotes not only work-related but also personal development. In the same way, the didactic unit "Group intervention: techniques and dynamics" is designed and planned, to be carried out in the Group Dynamisation module of the Higher Technician Training Cycle in Sociocultural and Tourism Animation, following the current regulations and under a methodology where the students are the protagonists of their own learning.
