La población y el reto demográfico en España, un problema socialmente relevante. Unidad didáctica para 2o de bachillerato.

Abstract

El denominado “reto demográfico”, ligado a la despoblación y al envejecimiento, se ha convertido en uno de los retos más importantes a los que se enfrenta la sociedad española. Este trabajo consta de dos bloques diferenciados: en el primero, se realiza un estado de la cuestión del mismo y un breve estudio didáctico de la enseñanza de la geografía, el segundo consiste en la construcción de una unidad didáctica para la asignatura Geografía de España de 2o de Bachillerato, esta se basa en el estudio de la población española desde un enfoque de actualidad, analizando la población desde el “reto demográfico” un problema socialmente relevante del siglo XXI. Está claro que, si tratamos los contenidos abordando temas de actualidad, los discentes tienen más posibilidades de involucrase en el proceso de aprendizaje, y siempre apostando por una metodología de aprendizajes activos en los que el alumnado es el protagonista.

The so-called "demographic challenge", linked to depopulation and aging, has become one of the most important challenges facing Spanish society. This work consists of two distinct blocks, in the first, there is a state of the question and a brief didactic study of the teaching of geography. The second consists of the construction of a didactic unit for the subject Geography of Spain in the 2nd year of Bachillerato, this consists of the study of the Spanish population from a more current and modern approach, analyzing the population from the "demographic challenge" a socially relevant problem of the XXI century. It is clear that, if we deal with the contents by addressing current issues, the students have more chances to get involved in the learning process, and always betting on a methodology of active learning in which the students are the protagonists.
