Estudio de las características del módulo de Finanzas y Contabilidad de Odoo. Desarrollo de un caso práctico y manual de uso.

Abstract

La evolución de las tecnologías y la comunicación ha provocado que las empresas adapten su forma de trabajar a los nuevos métodos de gestión empresarial. En este trabajo de fin de grado hemos realizado un análisis del software de gestión empresarial Odoo centrándonos en el módulo de contabilidad y finanzas. Comenzamos estudiando sobre los ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) qué son, para qué sirven, hemos investigando su evolución y los diferentes tipos existentes. A continuación, investigamos Odoo desde sus características, ventajas y desventajas, tipos de instalación hasta las tendencias que pueden alcanzar en un futuro. Asimismo, seleccionando que es el sistema que mejor se adapta. Hemos documentado como se realiza la implantación del sistema Odoo en una sociedad limitada proporcionando información básica sobre la contabilidad y finanzas a través de los movimientos a lo largo de un trimestre. Por último, explicamos el manejo del software Odoo formando un manual de uso detallado. The evolution of technologies and communication has caused companies to adapt their way of working to new business management methods. In this final year project we have carried out an analysis of the Odoo business management software focusing on the accounting and finance module. We started by studying ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) what they are, what they are for, we have investigated their evolution and the different types that exist. Next, we investigate Odoo from its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, types of installation to trends that may be reached in the future. Also, selecting which is the system that best suits. We have documented how the implementation of the Odoo system is carried out in a limited company, providing basic information on accounting and finance through the movements throughout a quarter. Finally, we explain the handling of the Odoo software by forming a detailed user manual.
