Actualmente el trabajo social se enfrenta al reto de cómo continuar su papel con los refugiados y solicitantes de asilo, a causa de las dificultades que conlleva la labor. Además de tener en cuenta las necesidades y demandas de los refugiados y migrantes, a partir de las cuales se trata de lograr una integración social, también es preciso dar respuesta a sentimientos de ansiedad e incertidumbre que pueden surgir en el proceso de asentamiento en la nueva sociedad. en este trabajo, con base en el informe publicado por el Alto Comisionado para los Refugiados (ACNUR), conoceremos más a fondo el trabajo que se debe realizar con ellos desde el punto de vista de los trabajadores sociales. Por eso expondremos las etapas y tipos de intervención posibles de acuerdo a las diversas circunstancias que afrontan las personas y las habilidades sociales requeridas para ello

In addition to taking into account the needs and demands of refugees and migrants, on the basis of which social integration is sought, it is also necessary to respond to feelings of anxiety and uncertainty that may arise in the process of settling in the new society. In this paper, based on the report published by the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), we will learn more about the work to be done with them from the point of view of social workers. Therefore, we will outline the stages and types of intervention possible according to the different circumstances faced by the people and the social skills required to do so
