Debates sobre la prostitución: una mirada desde el Trabajo Social

Abstract

El presente trabajo es una recopilación de varios autores/as sobre la complejidad de la prostitución. Se expondrá uno de los principales debate hay frente al concepto de prostitución y los diferentes argumentos de los distintos autores/as ¿regulación o abolición? Para ello se realizará una aproximación al concepto de este hecho social, así como las formas que adopta su ejercicio. Posteriormente se va a desarrollar las diferentes perspectivas político- legales que forman parte de este hecho social, donde se dará a conocer y se analizará a través de diferentes autores las diferentes perspectivas sobre un debate aún en la actualidad sigue abierto y que tiene relación con la legalización o erradicación de la prostitución, para ello se expondrá la normativa que existe en España. Una vez realizado una primera investigación de los temas centrales, se desarrollará el papel del Trabajo Social como agente de cambio ante este hecho social

This paper is a compilation of several authors on the complexity of prostitution. It will present one of the main debates on the concept of prostitution and the different arguments of the different authors: regulation or abolition? An approach to the concept of this social fact will be made, as well as the forms adopted by its exercise. Subsequently, the different political-legal perspectives that are part of this social fact will be developed, where different authors will present and analyze the different perspectives on a debate that is still open today and that is related to the legalization or eradication of prostitution, for which the regulations that exist in Spain will be presented. Once an initial investigation of the central issues has been carried out, the role of Social Work as an agent of change in the face of this social fact will be developed
