Resumen
[ES] El presente proyecto de fin de grado aborda el desarrollo de un
plan estratégico a una empresa familiar de servicios funerarios. La
empresa tiene su sede en Cañete de las Torres, un pequeño
municipio situado en la campiña cordobesa.
Dicho plan estratégico consta del análisis interno y externo de la
empresa, donde se estudiaran las fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas
y oportunidades, con el fin de elegir la mejor estrategia posible
para que sea viable económica y técnicamente.
En primer lugar se hará un análisis del entorno general, o análisis
PESTEL, seguido del estudio de las cinco fuerzas de Porter, para
analizar el entorno específico de la empresa; y de un análisis
DAFO.
Finalmente, se valorará si las estrategias de diferenciación y de
penetración de mercado que sigue la empresa son las más
adecuadas, y se aportaran soluciones de mejora para el logro de
objetivos.
[EN] The work is the development of a strategic plan for a family funeral services company. The company is headquartered in Cañete de las Torres, a small town located in the cordovan countryside. This strategic plan consists of interna! and externa! analysis of the company. W e will study the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, to elect the best strategy that make it economically and technically viable. First of all, we will do an analysis of the overall environment, or PESTEL analysis, followed by the study of Porter's five forces, to analyze the specific environment ofthe company; anda DAFO analysis. Finally, we willjudge ifthe differentiation strategies and market penetration that the company follows are the most appropriate, and we will provide new ideas and solutions for achievement of objectives
