PROPUESTA PARA IMPLEMENTAR UNA GUÍA GRI-3 EN PINUS S.A.

Abstract

[ES] La Responsabilidad Social está teniendo en este siglo XXI una significación nunca antes alcanzada en el contexto empresarial. Por lo tanto, se han puesto en marcha por diversas organizaciones, múltiples mecanismos con el fin de integrarla en las empresas. La información obtenida del Banco Mundial y del Reputation Institute puede confirmar que más del 50% de las multinacionales elegirían a un socio sobre otro por la RSE. En este Trabajo Fin de Máster se realiza una proposición a la empresa Pinus S.A. para la implantación de una guía de Responsabilidad Social. Además, se realiza una detallada introducción sobre aspectos significantes de la RSE, presentando específicamente la normativa de Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Por último, se expone la situación actual de la empresa en relación al cumplimiento de los indicadores propuestos por la guía, se indica la forma de implantación en la empresa y se exponen conclusiones sobre ello.

[EN] During this current century, Social Responsibility is taking on a significance never reached before in business context. Therefore, multiple mechanisms have been launched by many organizations in order to integrate it into their business. The information obtained from the World Bank and the Reputation Institute can confirm that more than 50% of multinationals would choose a partner over another because of the CSR. In this Final Project, a proposition to Pinus S.A. is made for the implementation of a Guide of Social Responsibility. Besides, a detailed introduction of significant aspects of CSR is proposed, presenting particularly regulations of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Finally, the current situation of the company is exposed, in connection with the compliance of the indicators proposed by the guide, the method of implementation in the company is indicated as well as the conclusions of all these issues are expounded.
