Resumen
[ES] Este trabajo analiza el sector del aceite de oliva, tanto a nivel internacional como nacional,
debido a que este sector constituye un papel fundamental en nuestra sociedad, siendo España
el mayor productor de este tipo de producto, y sobre todo, destacando Andalucía ya que es la
mayor productora de aceite de oliva, representando el 60,4% del terreno cultivable para el
olivar.
Además, analizaremos las ayudas (PAC)que constituyen un papel fundamental para los
productores, la cadena de valor de este producto, así como, el entorno competitivo en este
sector.
[EN] This work analyzes the sector of the olive oil, so much internationally and nationally, due to the fact that this sector constitutes a fundamental paper in our society, being Spain the major producer of this type of product, and especially, emphasizing Andalucia since she is the major producer of olive oil, representing 60,4 % of the cultivable area for the olive grove. In addition, we will analyze the helps (PAC) that constitute a fundamental paper for the producers, the chain of value of this product, as well as, the competitive environment in this sector.
