Caracterización del mercado laboral en Jódar

Abstract

En este TFG, a través de diferentes indicadores económicos y sociales se pretende mostrar la caracterización en materia laboral de Jódar, así como su tendencia y evolución. En primer lugar, se define el concepto de desarrollo rural, además de conceptualizar al término desarrollo local. Se muestra como la localidad de Jódar se incluye dentro de la definición de medio rural. También, se enumeran, los objetivos y las prioridades del desarrollo rural para el periodo 2014-2020. En segundo lugar, se muestra la contextualización de Jódar y se analizan aspectos relativos a la demografía. En tercer lugar, y tras analizar diferentes indicadores, se aprecian las características y las evoluciones medioambientales, empresariales, afiliaciones y contratos de trabajo, temporalidad y desempleo en la segunda década del siglo XXI. Además se compara la tendencia con la Comarca de Sierra Mágina, la Provincia de Jaén, Andalucía y España.

In this TFG, through different economic and social indicators it is intended to show the characterization of Jódar in labor matters, as well as its trend and evolution. First, the concept of rural development is defined, in addition to conceptualizing the term local development. It is shown how the town of Jódar is included within the definition of rural áreas. Also, the objetives and priorities of rural develipment for the period 2014-2020.Second, the contextualization of Jódar is shown and aspects related to demography are analyzed. Third, and after analyzing different indicators, the characteristics and evolutions of environment, business, affiliations and employment contracts, temporary employment and unemployment in the second decade of the 21st century are appreciated. In addition, the trend is compared with the Comarca Sierra Mágina, the Province of Jaén, Andalusia and Spain.
