Revisión de programas para padres con hijos diagnosticados de Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad (TDAH)

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se desarrolla una revisión bibliográfica acerca de diferentes programas terapéuticos dirigidos a los padres y madres cuyos hijos/as tienen diagnosticado Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad. En un principio, se introducirá el trastorno desarrollando aspectos que irán desde la historia del TDAH hasta el tratamiento. Una vez contextualizado el TDAH, se recalcará la relevancia del tratamiento dirigido al ambiente familiar, en concreto, el que va dirigido a los progenitores, para así, finalmente proceder al desarrollo y explicación de cinco programas terapéuticos dirigidos a ellos. En concreto se desarrollarán los siguientes programas: El programa de los 8 pasos de Barkley, el programa Los años increíbles, el programa Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme), el programa New Forest Parenting Programme (NFPP) y por último, el Programa COPE (Community Parent Education Program.[EN] In the current research work,a bibliographic review is developed about different therapeutic programs aimed at parents whose children have a diagnosis of Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder. Initially, the disorder will be introduced by developing aspects that will go from the history to the treatment.Once the ADHD is contextualized, the relevance of the treatment directed to the family environment, specifically to the parents, will be emphasized, in order to finally proceed to the development and explanation of five therapeutic programs aimed at them. Specifically, the following will be developed: The Barkley 8-step program, the Incredible Years program, the Triple P program, the New Forest Parenting Program and finally the COPE program.
