In addition, three instruments have been chosen to measure the variables: YLOT, ThinEmE and EHOIE. The programme is for the population of 4th year and 5th year at Primary School. It consists of 8 weekly one-hour sessions, two of which will be used to work on the strength of optimism and three to treat emotional intelligence. What is intended to be achieved with this programme is to improve the control of emotions as well as optimism, hoping that these changes will lead to an increase in motivation regarding goals.
