Abstract

Este proyecto consiste en crear un bar-restaurante en el centro de la ciudad de Linares. Tenemos muchos platos para vegetarianos, veganos y celíacos. Tendrá un local de 220 metros cuadrados, con capacidad para 121 clientes, 75 en la parte del restaurante y 46 en la zona del bar. El pago inicial será de 257.836 €. El único propietario proporcionará 56.000 € de capital y será necesario solicitar un préstamo de 202836 €. Después de realizar un estudio económico-financiero, hemos encontrado que es muy positivo. La inversión se recuperará algunos años después de la creación y obtendremos grandes beneficios.

This project consists of creating a bar-restaurant in the city center of Linares. We have many dishes for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs. It will have a premises of 220 square meters, with a capacity for 121 clients, 75 in the restaurant part and 46 in the bar area. The initial payment will be of €257.836. The only owner will provide €56.000 of capital and it will be necessary to ask for a loan of €202836. After conducting an economic-financial study, we have found that it is very positive.
