Resumen
En el presente trabajo fin de máster se ha abordado la problemática del transporte de productos, destinados al
sector agroalimentario, para su posterior procesado. En concreto, se ha realizado el diseño mecánico eléctrico y
electrónico, así como el cálculo y la posterior fabricación de un remolque de transporte para fruto sumergido en
líquido. Este conjunto de remolque más cisterna, se utilizará en concreto para el transporte de aceituna de mesa
desde su lugar de recolecta hasta la almazara final de destino. Mediante esta propuesta de transporte, el fruto
llega a la almazara en un estado de conservación óptimo evitándose de esta manera su degradación y aparición
de defectos tales como picado y/o molestado. Además, con esta propuesta se garantiza la trazabilidad del
proceso de recolección, aspecto muy demandado por ciertas almazaras con un grado medio-elevado de
automatización.
In this master's thesis, the problem of transporting products, destined for the agri-food sector, for further processing has been approached. Specifically, the electrical, electronic and mechanical design has been performed, as well as the calculation and subsequent manufacture of a transport trailer for fruit submerged in liquid. This set of trailer plus tanker will be used specifically for the transport of table olives from their place of pickup to the final destination oil press. By means of this transport proposal, the fruit reaches the oil press in an optimal state of conservation, avoiding its degradation and the appearance of defects. In addition, this proposal assures the traceability of the harvesting process, an aspect that is highly demanded by certain oil mills with a medium-high degree of automation.
