Teorías explicativas y factores de riesgo en menores infractores

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado trata sobre el colectivo de riesgo de menores infractores y, concretamente, sus conductas antisociales. Este colectivo causa un gran desconcierto dentro de la sociedad, por lo que es importante explicar el porqué de que algunas personas de temprana edad sean capaces de cometer actos temibles. Son muchas las teorías de diferentes ramas de conocimiento que pueden ser útiles para conocer más sobre este asunto. En concreto, aquí se describen teorías tanto psicológicas como sociológicas que aportan diferentes explicaciones y que ayudan a comprender mejor este fenómeno. La última parte del trabajo se dedica a una revisión bibliográfica de los diferentes factores de riesgo que agravan la situación de estos menores, desde la propia familia hasta el lugar donde se desarrollen sus vidas de los menores. Estos últimos y los que más adelante se describen, pueden perjudicar al menor durante su desarrollo vital.

This Final Degree Project deals with the risk group of juvenile offenders and, specifically, their antisocial behaviors. This group causes great confusion within society, so it is important to explain why some people at an early age are capable of committing terrible acts. There are many theories from different branches of knowledge that can be useful to learn more about this issue. In particular, both psychological and sociological theories that provide different explanations and help to better understand this phenomenon are described here. The last part of the paper is devoted to a bibliographical review of the different risk factors that aggravate the situation of these minors, from the family itself to the place where the minors develop their lives. The latter, and those described below, can be detrimental to the minor during his or her vital development.
