APROXIMACIÓN A LA CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL: EL CASO DE LAS ASOCIACIONES DE ESTUDIANTES

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado pretende dar una visión de la cultura de las organizaciones, especialmente de las Asociaciones de Estudiantes. A través de la investigación realizada he podido identificar y analizar qué elementos positivos y negativos afectan a dichas organizaciones. El tema abordado despierta gran interés entre las asociaciones puesto que el análisis y el papel que desempeña la cultura en estos casos influyen en la forma de organización de las mismas

[EN] In the present work we will focus in the culture of the organizations,

specifically in students’ associations. Thanks to all the research work including several surveys to members of various associations, I could quickly identify and analyse which positive and negative elements have an impact on associations. The actual discussed subject attracts considerable organizations’ interest because the role and analyse of the culture have an influence on the form of organization of such partnerships.
