PREVENCIÓN DEL BULLYING A TRAVÉS DE LA MUSICOTERAPIA Y LA ARTETERAPIA

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo presenta una propuesta artística cuyo fin principal es la prevención del bullying en estudiantes de Educación Primaria. Para ello comenzaremos definiendo el concepto de bullying, roles implicados, características, consecuencias, entre otros apartados. A continuación, desarrollaremos una campaña de sensibilización desde la escuela para las redes vinculada con la lucha del bullying. Esta campaña, en la que trabajamos las emociones, será abordada desde las Artes, por medio del Arteterapia y la Musicoterapia. El objetivo de todo esto, además de concienciar y sensibilizar a los estudiantes acerca de esta problemática, es el de fomentar el nivel de cohesión del grupo-clase, puesto que esto es uno de los mayores factores de riesgo que incita a que se produzcan situaciones de violencia dentro del aula.

[EN] This work presents an artistic proposal whose main purpose is the prevention of bullying in Primary Education students. Bearing this aim in mind, first of all we will define the concept of bullying, including the roles involved, its characteristics, and its consequences, among other aspects. Next, we will develop an awareness campaign which will start in the school for the networks linked to the fight against bullying. This campaign, in which we work on emotions, will be approached from the Arts, through Art and Music Therapies. The objective of all this, in addition to raising awareness and sensitizing students about this problem, is to promote the level of cohesion of the group-class, since this is one of the greatest risk factors triggering situations of violence inside the classroom.
