ACCESIBILIDAD LABORAL DE LAS PERSONAS CON DIVERSIDAD FUNCIONAL

Abstract

Las dificultades que encuentran las personas con diversidad funcional a lo largo de sus vidas son muchas, entre ellas se encuentra la dificultad para encontrar empleo. Con este trabajo se pretende exponer las discriminaciones, prejuicios y barreras a los que se enfrentan, pero también las diferencias salariales. El objetivo que se quiere conseguir es ofrecer la información necesaria acerca de los obstáculos que encuentran las personas con diversidad funcional en el entorno laboral. Se conocerá la situación laboral de estas personas en España y, además, se expondrán las diferentes vías para facilitar su entrada en el entorno laboral, como es la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) de las empresas o la educación

The difficulties that people with functional diversity encounter throughout their lives are many, within them there is the difficulty of finding employment. The purpose of this project is presenting the discriminations, prejudices and barriers that they deal with, as well as the wage differences. The aim is to offer necessary information about the obstacles that the people with functional diversity encounter in work environment. We will learn the employment situation of these people in Spain and also present the different ways to ease their entrance in the work environment, like the companies Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) or education
