DESARROLLO DE UN PROYECTO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN INDUSTRIAL MEDIANTE BIM

Abstract

La metodología BIM (Building Information Modelling) supone toda una revolución en la manera de proyectar en la construcción y su conocimiento es cada vez más demandado por las constructoras y estudios. Usando esta metodología se pone en común el trabajo de los arquitectos, constructores y fabricantes, ingenieros industriales, civiles y estructurales y clientes. En este TFG se pretende por un lado diseñar, modelar y gestionar la información para un proyecto de ejecución de edificación industrial mediante la utilización de la tecnología BIM y, por otro lado, el de analizar las ventajas e inconvenientes al aplicar la metodología BIM respecto a la utilizada tradicionalmente (CAD).

The BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology is a revolution in the way of projecting in construction and its knowledge is increasingly demanded by construction companies and studios. Using this methodology, the work of architects, builders and manufacturers, industrial, civil and structural engineers and clients is brought together. In this TFG it is intended on the one hand to design, model and manage the information for an industrial building execution project using BIM technology and, on the other hand, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of applying the BIM methodology with respect to the one traditionally used (CAD).
