Máquina robotizada poka-yoke para piezas plásticas de moldeo por inyección

Abstract

El Proyecto trata del diseño mediante el software SolidWorks de una célula robótica para la verificación poka-yoke de las patillas de una pieza plástica inyectada mediante visión artificial para después realizar un marcado láser de un código QR donde se encuentra la información del modelo y lote. La célula consta de cuatro puestos importantes, en primer lugar, estaría la mesa de donde el operario cargaría las piezas, otro puesto para la verificación de las patillas mediante visión artificial, siguiéndole el puesto de marcado láser y por último, el puesto de salida de las piezas, diferenciando las piezas OK y las piezas NOOK.

The project involves designing a robotic cell using SolidWorks software for the poka-yoke verification of the pins on an injection-molded plastic piece through artificial vision. Subsequently, a laser marking of a QR code is performed, containing information about the model and batch. The cell consists of four key stations. Firstly, there is the table where the operator loads the pieces. Next is a station for verifying the pins using artificial vision, followed by the laser marking station. Finally, there is the station for the output of the pieces, distinguishing between OK and NOOK pieces.
