Abstract

[ES]El Trabajo Fin de Grado presente consiste en un plan de negocio dedicado a la distribución y comercialización en el sector de la iluminación con tecnología LED. Y la empresa se llamará TheLED.es. A lo largo del proyecto se realizará un análisis general de la empresa y una previsión de la posible evolución de la misma, con una predicción de los próximos cincos años (2018-2022). Primero, se realizará un análisis del entorno y del mercado, describiendo todos los aspectos relevantes que rodea a la empresa. Después, se desarrollará el diseño de la oferta y la política de marketing. Por último, se realizarán unos estudios de viabilidad financiera y económica, a través de las cuentas previsionales y de ratios financieros y de rentabilidad, para saber si el proyecto puede ponerse en marcha o no. Y se detallarán las diferentes conclusiones recogidas del estudio realizado de la empresa.

[EN]The final degree work present consists of a business plan dedicated to the distribution and commercialization in the lighting sector with LED technology. And the company will be called TheLED.es. Throughout the project a general analysis of the company will be carried out and a forecast of the possible evolution of the same one, with a prediction of the next five years (2018-2022). First, an analysis of the environment and the market will be carried out, describing all the relevant aspects that surrounds the company. Afterwards, the design of the offer and the marketing policy will be developed. Finally, financial and economic feasibility studies will be carried out, through the forecast accounts and financial and profitability ratios, to determine whether the project can be implemented or not. And the different conclusions collected from the study carried out by the company will be detailed.
