[EN] Suicide is a current mental health problem that affects 800,000 humans, according to the WHO. From psychology, various interventions have been proposed to try to address this problem, some have had results, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, although not consistently. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), in recent decades, has increased its proposals for addressing suicidal problems. In this work, the bibliography about ACT and its intervention in suicide (N = 12) is systematically reviewed, specifically, in suicidal ideas that precede suicidal behavior, and the moderating role of psychological flexibility in this topic is reported. Through this work, it is concluded that, although the results seem to provide information that the intervention with ACT may be beneficial, more research is still needed on the subject, carrying out better controls in the studies.
