Resumen
[ES] En el presente trabajo se trata la regulación de la nulidad del matrimonio civil, como uno de los supuestos de crisis matrimonial que contempla el Derecho Civil Español poniendo de manifiesto su tratamiento jurídico en relación con el Derecho Canónico, ante los casos en los que hay que reconocer eficacia civil a las resoluciones eclesiásticas. Además de abordar aspectos como las causas de nulidad, acción de nulidad o los efectos que provoca esa declaración de nulidad matrimonial, con la reciente Ley de la Jurisdicción Voluntaria de 2015 se han producido importantes reformas en el Código Civil, que también se tienen en cuenta para profundizar en la actual regulación de esta materia.
[EN] This present work is about the regulation of civil marriage nullity, as one the assumptions of marital crisis that includes the Spanish Civil Law, showing their legal treatment in relation to Canon Law, facing cases where civil effectiveness must recognize the ecclesiastical resolutions. Besides addressing issues such as the grounds for nullity, nullity action or effects caused by the declaration of nullity of marriage, with the recent Voluntary Jurisdiction Act of 2015 there have been important reforms in the Civil Code, which also take into account to deepen the current regulation of this matter.
