[ES] Cada año aumentan las incidencias en conductas de riesgo con respecto al uso de las redes sociales,
generando a su vez un problema social, puesto que puede aumentar el riesgo a sufrir en sí una adicción.
Por otro lado, sabemos que la adolescencia es una etapa vulnerable y con alta deseabilidad social, es
por ello que este colectivo tiene mayor probabilidad de generar un mal uso de estas herramientas y por
consecuencia sufrir una adicción de este tipo. Este programa apuesta por incidir en la problemática a
través de la prevención dentro de este colectivo más vulnerable. El programa se desarrollará en el I.E.S.
El valle de Jaén con alumnos de 1º y 2º de la E.S.O y sus familiares, y tiene como objetivo fortalecer
los factores de protección para a su vez disminuir los de riesgo. Que estos sean capaces de reducir las
conductas de riesgo y evitar la patologización de las mismas. Para conseguirlo, se apuesta por la
realización de talleres para trabajar el fortalecimiento de los factores de protección a través de la psicoeducación,
ya que la información es un punto importante a la hora de prevenir y tenemos evidencia
científica de que esta técnica es efectiva a la hora de tratar esta problemática social. En la
monitorización del programa se tendrá en cuenta cómo será nuestra forma de trabajar para poder
generar una solución rápida a cualquier imprevisto y así no influya en nuestros resultados. Prevemos
con este programa que los adolescentes partícipes y sus familiares generen medidas de protección al
riesgo que conlleva el mal uso de las redes sociales y por consiguiente disminuya la probabilidad de
que estos alumnos generen una adicción a las redes sociales.
[EN] Every year, the incidence of risky behaviour with regard to the use of social networks increases, which in turn generates a social problem, as it can increase the risk of suffering an addiction. On the other hand, we know that adolescence is a vulnerable stage with high social desirability, which is why this group is more likely to misuse these tools and consequently suffer an addiction of this type. This programme is committed to tackling the problem through prevention within this most vulnerable group. The programme will be developed in the I.E.S. El Valle de Jaén with students in the 1st and 2nd years of E.S.O and their families, and aims to strengthen the protective factors in order to reduce the risk factors. The aim is to strengthen the protective factors in order to reduce risk behaviours and to avoid their pathologization. To achieve this, we are committed to carrying out workshops to work on the strengthening of protective factors through psychoeducation, as information is an important point when it comes to prevention and we have scientific evidence that this technique is effective when it comes to dealing with this social problem. The monitoring of the programme will take into account how we will work in order to be able to generate a quick solution to any unforeseen event and thus not influence our results. We foresee with this programme that the participating adolescents and their families will generate protective measures against the risks involved in the misuse of social networks and therefore reduce the likelihood that these students will become addicted to social networks.
