The analysis of the concentration of the studied fungi types was based on its abundance in the air, allergen potency or as vegetables pathogenic. The daily concentration values were related with the meteorological parameters obtaining positive correlations with the temperature in mitospores (Alternaria, Cladosporium), presenting their concentration peaks in spring and autumn, while the meiospores (Leptosphaeria, Pleospora) showed positive correlations with the precipitations. The most abundant gender is Cladosporium exceeding the 84% of the total spore percentage in both periods. It has been counted the double of spores in the current year, due to an abrupt increase of the concentration of Cladosporium; there are studies which relates this tendency with climate change.
