Resumen
[ES] En este proyecto, se desarrollan mediciones de fotosíntesis neta, tasa de transpiración, conductividad estomática y eficiencia en el uso del agua; las cuales fueron tomadas por la cámara de análisis infrarrojo (IRGA) en olivo (Olea europea L.). No existe una amplía información sobre el uso de este aparato, por ejemplo no existe un protocolo que nos permita saber la duración de las medidas, qué parte del día y orientación es apropiada o en qué parte de la rama realizar la medición. El análisis estadístico nos permitió establecer diferencias entre las mediciones sobre hojas en árbol y aisladas de éste, además de tener en cuenta la orientación en el espacio, haciendo medidas en este y sur. Permitiendo desarrollar técnicas sobre el uso del IRGA.
[EN] In the present project, the measures of net photosynthesis, stomatal conductance , transpiration rate and water use efficiency, were tooked by infrared gas analyzer (IRGA) in the olive tree (Olea europea L.). There is not a lot of information about the used of this kind of instrument, such as how much time your measures have to have, which part of the day and positioning is better to get some information even which part of the branch. The statistical analysis showed the differences between measures with leaf in tree or away, as well as keeping mind the positioning, measuring at east and south. This allow the development of some new techniques about the use of IRGA.
