[ES]Actualmente una parte importante de la empresa es su capital humano, con esto nos estamos refiriendo a todas las personas que forman parte de la empresa y colaboran con su esfuerzo y experiencia. En la Unidad Didáctica explicaremos la planificación y la gestión de los recursos humanos. Una de las actividades más importantes del tema será la propia elaboración del currículum vitae, explicándoles así conocimientos básicos de cómo elaborarlo y modificarlo. Otra actividad de peso en la U.D., será el simulacro de una entrevista de trabajo en tiempo real delante de toda la clase poniendo en práctica lo aprendido en el tema.
[EN]Currently a significant part of the company is its human capital, with this we are referring to all the people who are part of the company and collaborate with their effort and experience. In the Teaching Unit we will explain the planning and management of human resources. One of the most important activities of the topic will be the development of the curriculum vitae itself, giving them basic knowledge of how to develop and modify it when needed. Another weighty activity in the U.D. simulating a real-time job interview in front of the entire class putting into practice what they learned on the topic.
