On the contrary, certain relevant articles are contrasted that the formation of groups in adolescents with different nationalities and civilizations promotes a multiculturalism that we face positively between communities, as well as being satisfactory to all of them. The aim of this work is to provide minors with current knowledge of their emotional, psychological, social and family status, among others. The starting hypothesis focuses on the position of minors in society and in the reception centre. In order to obtain data, a questionnaire has been designed, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of the juvenile centre where they reside, to collect all the necessary information, with the main aim of having effective tools with which to consolidate research that allows us to contribute to the integration of minors in society. Even if there are elements to be improved, the results indicate that the legal provisions in place fulfil the role, in principle, assigned to them for the care of these children and adolescents.
