Resumen
El presente TFG lleva por título “Inteligencia Positiva e Inteligencia Emocional en Educación
Infantil”.
Dicho documento se encuentra estructurado en ocho grandes apartados y a lo largo de él se pretende hacer una revisión bibliográfica acerca de la Psicología Positiva, así como de los fundamentos sobre los que se sostiene, para finalmente confeccionar un programa de intervención educativo basado en la inteligencia positiva e inteligencia emocional.
A partir de la revisión global y teórica de este enfoque psicológico, se analizan los beneficios que
puede tener en la educación trabajar desde edades muy tempranas dichas inteligencias , y cómo, un
buen tratamiento de los aspectos positivos puede ayudar a alcanzar el bienestar personal y
emocional pero no como resultado final, sino como propone la Inteligencia Emocional, como un
transcurso para resolver las situaciones de la vida cotidiana, tomando en consideración tanto las
emociones que se suponen son positivas como las negativas.
The present TFG is entitled "Positive Intelligent and Emotional Intelligence in Early Childhood Education". The document is structured in eight large sections and throughout it it is intended to make a bibliographic review about Positive Psychology, as well as the foundations on which it is based, to finally make an educational intervention program based on positive intelligence and emotional intelligence. From the global and theoretical review of this psychological approach, the benefits that working from a very early age can have in education are analyzed, and how, a good treatment of the positive aspects can help to achieve personal and emotional well-being but not as a final result, but as proposed by Emotional Intelligence, as a course to resolve everyday life situations, taking into consideration both the emotions that are supposed to be positive and negative.
