Resumen
El teletrabajo fue pensado y descubierto en 1973 por el
estadounidense Jack Niles. Este movimiento se inició para poder
trasladar el trabajo a casa de manera continuada y bajo unas
reglas. A lo largo de los años muchas empresas implantaban el
teletrabajo en su plantilla de trabajo, pero debido al Covid-19 el
teletrabajo ha avanzado mucho, debido a que las empresas lo
han tenido que implantar de manera repentina para salvar sus
empresas.
En este trabajo intento abordar el tema del teletrabajo desde sus
inicios hasta hoy día y ver los cambios reales y el proceso por el
que ha pasado para llegar a ser lo que hoy en día es y la
repercusión que tiene en el mundo, especialmente en España.
Teleworking was conceived and discovered in 1973 by the American Jack Niles. This movement began to be able to move work home continuously and under certain rules. Over the years, many companies implemented teleworking in their workforce, but due to Covid-19 teleworking has advanced a lot, because companies have had to implement it suddenly to save their companies. In this work I try to address the issue of teleworking from its beginnings until today and see the real changes and the process it has gone through to become what it is today and the impact it has on the world, especially in Spain.
