Proyecto de diseño de despliegue de una red de distribución FTTH

Abstract

[ES] España posee una de las infraestructuras de fibra óptica más avanzadas del mundo, aunque aún existen áreas sin esta tecnología. Con la inminente desaparición del ADSL, es crucial extender la red de fibra óptica a estas zonas, ya que las alternativas como radio o satélite no igualan en velocidad, estabilidad y capacidad. Este proyecto se centra en diseñar y proyectar el despliegue de una red de fibra óptica en el municipio de Villarquemado, en Teruel, abordando las necesidades específicas de la zona para proporcionar servicio a los clientes de Telefónica. El trabajo seguirá la estructura normativa de la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Linares (EPSL) y la norma UNE 157001:2014. Este proyecto describirá una implementación real la cual ha sido posible desarrollar gracias a la colaboración del autor con una empresa asociada a Telefónica, la cual aprovechará el resultado de este trabajo.

[EN] Spain has one of the most advanced fiber optic infrastructures in the world, although there are still areas without this technology. With the imminent disappearance of ADSL, it is crucial to extend the fiber optic network to these areas, as alternatives like radio or satellite do not match in speed, stability, and capacity. This project focuses on designing and planning the deployment of a fiber optic network in the municipality of Villarquemado, in Teruel, addressing the specific needs of the area to provide service to Telefónica customers. The work will follow the regulatory structure of the Escuela Politécnica Superior de Linares (EPSL) and the UNE 157001:2014 standard. This project will describe a real implementation made possible through the author's collaboration with a company associated with Telefónica, which will benefit from the results of this work.
