For this, a systematic review has been carried out in order to study and analyze the most relevant and significant information in this field. The results of this research show that cognitive behabioral therapy (CBT), Intervention in Adolescents with Social Phobia (IAFS), Intervention in Families and Adolescents with Social Phobia (IFAFS), the Skills for Academic and Social Success program (SASS) and Pegasys-VR™ program are effective in treating children and adolescents with this disorder, but the results of attention bias modification (AMB) are less clear. These data are consistent with those obtained in other previous studies or reviews, therefore this meta-analysis finds the efficacy and benefits of these therapies.
