(ES) El incivismo laboral es un tipo de agresión laboral caracterizado por la ambigua intención de dañar, leve
intensidad y el intercambio casual de los roles implicados (instigador/a, víctima y observador/a). El
objetivo de este estudio es realizar una revisión sistemática para conocer el proceso diario de incivismo
laboral, siguiendo la metodología PRISMA. Los resultados encontrados se basan en los antecedentes de
incivismo laboral (i.e., las dificultades de regulación emocional, el día de la semana o el sueño reducido
entre otros); en las consecuencias a nivel personal (i.e., emociones negativas, efectos somáticos, el
contexto social, etc.) y de la organización (i.e., pérdida de recursos); y en las variables moduladoras
(i.e., apoyo social, el contexto y la percepción de poder). Es conveniente la futura investigación y
prevención del incivismo laboral.
(EN) Workplace incivility is a type of workplace aggression characterized by ambiguous intent to harm, mild intensity and the casual exchange of the roles involved (instigator, victim and observer). The aim of this study is to conduct a systematic review of the daily process of workplace incivility, following the PRISMA methodology. The results found are based on antecedents of workplace incivility (i.e., emotional regulation difficulties, day of the week or reduced sleep among others); on the consequences at personal (i.e., negative emotions, somatic effects and social context, etc.) and organizational level (loss of resources); and on the modulating variables (i.e., social support, victim context and perception of power). Future research and prevention of workplace incivility is desirable.
