Resumen
[ES] A la hora de acometer una inversión empresarial no todos los empresarios y emprendedores realizan un buen estudio acerca de su viabilidad, no pudiendo anticiparse así a posibles inconvenientes que puedan surgir en el desarrollo de la actividad. Por lo que voy a diseñar un sistema presupuestario empresarial para el estudio de la viabilidad económico financiera de la reapertura de una panadería.
Aprovechando mis conocimientos sobre el negocio del pan y la situación de este tipo de empresas en mi pueblo, Cabra (Córdoba), en la que creo que hay una oportunidad de negocio tras el cierre de una de las panaderías más importantes del mismo, voy a realizar los procedimientos necesarios para valorar el atractivo y la viabilidad de la inversión en la reapertura de esta empresa.
[EN] When undertaking a business investment, not all businessmen and entrepreneurs carry out a good study about it is viability, not being able to anticipate possible inconveniences that may arise in the development of the activity. So I am going to design a business budget system for the study of economic and financial viability of the reopening of a bakery. Taking advantage of my knowledge about the bread business and the situation of this type of companies in my town, Cabra (Córdoba), where I think there is a business opportunity after the closing of the one of the most important bakeries of this, I am going to perform the necessary procedures to assess the attractiveness and viability of the investment in the reopening of this company.
