LA VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA SOCIOLABORAL. PROYECTO DE INTERVENCIÓN PARA LA INTEGRACIÓN LABORAL DE VÍCTIMAS DE VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo de fin de máster, se llevará a cabo un proyecto de intervención en el que se desarrollará un curso de integración sociolaboral dirigido a mujeres víctimas de violencia de género en la localidad de Marmolejo, donde se pretende que, tras la realización de este, se produzca una notable mejora en la empleabilidad de estas mujeres o en sus posibilidades de integración laboral, para que así puedan enfrentarse en un futuro a cualquier situación profesional. Antes de llevarse a cabo y para ponernos en situación, se presenta la definición de violencia de género, los principales tipos que existen y la actuación ante los diferentes casos de violencia que pueden darse. Además, haremos referencia a la violencia de género que se produce en el ámbito laboral, para que la integración de las participantes en un puesto de trabajo sea lo más exitosa posible.

[EN] In this master's thesis, an intervention project will be carried out in which a socio-labor integration course will be developed aimed at women victims of gender violence in the town of Marmolejo, where it is intended that, after completing this, there is a notable improvement in the employability of these women or in their possibilities of labor integration, so that they can face in the future in any professional situation. Before it is carried out and to put ourselves in the situation, the definition of gender violence is presented, the main types that exist and the action before the different cases of violence that may be noticed. In addition, we will refer to gender violence that occurs in the workplace, so that the integration of participants in a job is as successful as possible.
