Resumen
[ES] El diseño de este trabajo surge como consecuencia de la posibilidad de formar parte de uno de los proyectos con más impacto socioeconómico de la ciudad, ya que el proyecto JAÉN PLAZA presenta multitud de oportunidades para todos aquellos comercios que quieran formar parte del mismo. El trabajo fin de grado consiste en la elaboración de un estudio de mercado con la finalidad de conocer la posible viabilidad que tendría la empresa Dunkin´ Coffee en el nuevo centro comercial de la ciudad de Jaén. Para ello se elabora un cuestionario que ha sido realizado por habitantes de la provincia de Jaén para obtener datos e información sobre su potencial comportamiento de compra. Con la realización de este proyecto se puede apreciar la capacidad de atractivo de esta empresa para cubrir las necesidades de un sector de la población.
[EN] The design of this work arises as a result of the possibility of being part of one of the projects with the greatest socioeconomic impact in the city, since the JAÉN PLAZA project presents a multitude of opportunities for all those businesses that want to be part of it. The final degree project consists in the elaboration of a market study with the purpose of knowing the possible viability that the company Dunkin' Coffee would have in the new commercial center of the city of Jaén. To this end, a questionnaire was drawn up by inhabitants of the province of Jaén to obtain data and information on their potential purchasing behavior. With the completion of this project you can appreciate the attractiveness of this company to meet the needs of a sector of the population.
