A systematic review of reviews has been carried out in different databases (PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, WOS, Cuiden and Lilacs) and through reversed search between March - April 2023. 11 reviews have been included in this review. Mobile apps and online interventions were shown effective, since there are significant improvements in certain aspects of caregivers of patients with dementia, such as depression and anxiety. The results in improving stress and burden are varied and inconclusive. Although mobile apps and online interventions are effective, there are still limitations that make their use difficult, so more research is needed.
