El mercado de trabajo en Andalucía

Abstract

[ES] Una breve síntesis del trabajo en el periodo tratado refleja los signos de bonanza económica en el estado del bienestar y el empleo, la posterior crisis económica y la progresiva recuperación económica. En el presente estudio se expondrán algunos de los principales indicadores económicos del mercado de trabajo para ver su evolución en el tiempo estudiado y tener una visión global de como esta situación de desequilibrio ha afectado a la CCAA de Andalucía. Se analizará el desempleo como indicador más destacado en la crisis económica. Sin embargo, todos los problemas no son atribuibles a la crisis económica. Para solucionar los problemas estructurales y coyunturales se indicaran una serie de respuestas para mejorar la situación del desempleo de larga duración y la preocupante precariedad en el mercado laboral. Se examinarán las instituciones involucradas en el mercado laboral y serán comparadas las políticas económicas aplicadas en España y Andalucía a nivel de efectividad y gasto. Para finalizar, se detallarán una serie de medidas impuestas por el Ministerio de trabajo y otras de carácter autonómico en Andalucía que trataran de reducir los desequilibrios de la situación laboral actual. Se hace hincapié en sistemas de protección al empleo con prestaciones económicas y también el fomento del empleo y la cultura emprendedora en todos los sectores.

[EN] A brief summary of the work in the period covered reflects on the signs of the economic boom in the welfare state and employment, the subsequent economic crisis and the progressive economic recovery. In the current study, some of the main economic indicators of the labor market will be exposed to see their evolution along the time studied and therefore, to have a global vision of how this situation of imbalance has affected in the community of Andalusia. Unemployment will be analyzed as the most relevant indicator in the economic crisis. Nevertheless, all problems are not attributable to the economic crisis. To solve the current and structural problems, a series of responses will be indicated to improve the situation of long-term unemployment and the worrying precariousness in the labor market. The institutions involved in the labor market will be examined. Furthermore, the economic policies applied in Spain and Andalusia will be compared in terms of effectiveness and expenditure. To finish off, a series of measures imposed by the Ministry of Labor and others from the autonomy of Andalusia will be elaborated, which will try to reduce the imbalances of the current employment situation. Employment protection systems with economic benefits, the promotion of employment and entrepreneurial culture in all sectors will be also taken into account
