Resumen
[EN] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado aborda la idea de construir un laboratorio de ferrocarriles, de ancho de vía 5 pulgadas (127 mm), en una de las cubiertas de la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Linares (EPSL). Se ha valorado la posibilidad de construirlo en una de las tres cubiertas que componen los tres edificios del campus, eligiendo la cubierta de laboratorios Oeste cómo la más idónea para esta instalación. Frente a la posibilidad de realizar un trazado abierto o cerrado, se ha determinado, tras una comparativa, que el trazado será finalmente cerrado. Cómo se trata de un laboratorio para realizar ensayos con modelos de vehículos tractores a escala, es necesario que en dicho laboratorio exista una variedad en la superestructura del ferrocarril que aborde los principales sistemas existentes en la actualidad. Por ello, se ha realizado el trazado con un tramo de vía en placa y otro tramo de vía en balasto, ambos de ellos simétricos. Se ha buscado simplificar la construcción de ambas superestructuras sin que la cubierta se vea directamente afectada por taladros o sistemas difíciles de modificar o desmontar. De forma que se ha diseñado un sistema de cajones prefabricados de hormigón, de forma y tamaño estándar para ambos sistemas y que ha facilitado su construcción.
[EN] This Final Degree Project addresses the idea of building a railway’s laboratory, 5 inches wide track, in one of the EPSL roofs. It has been valued the possibility of building it in one of the main three roofs which compounds the three campu’s buildings, finally choosing the west roof of the laboratories as the best for this instalation. To address the situation of making an open or closed route, it has been determined, after comparing both, that the route will finally be closed. Since this is a laboratory where vehicles on a scale are being tested, a variety in the railway’ structure will be required to accomplish the main existing sytems nowadays. Because of this, the route has been made with a ballastless track stretch and another one in concrete sleeper, both of them symetric. Simplifying both superstructure constructions have been pursued so that the roof wont be directly affected by both drills or difficult systems to modify or dismantle. Is because of this that a drawer
