INFLUENCIA DE LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL Y EL ESTRÉS EN EL CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado está basado en el estudio de la inteligencia emocional, qué es, para qué sirve y cómo influye en el clima organizacional. Por otro lado, también se estudia el estrés laboral y su relación con la inteligencia emocional. El objetivo general es analizar la importancia que tiene la inteligencia emocional en el clima organizacional para poder prevenir los posibles riesgos psicosociales, a través de una revisión de fuentes bibliográficas, así como estudiar los programas de intervención para prevenir el estrés laboral. Se presentan los resultados del análisis de estas fuentes documentales y se discuten estos resultados y, finalmente, se extraen las principales conclusiones de este trabajo.

This Final Degree Project is based on the study of emotional intelligence, what it is, what is it for and how it influences the organizational climate. On the other hand, the work stress and its relationship with emotional intelligence is also analyzed. The main objective is to analyze the importance of the emotional intelligence in the organizational climate to prevent possible psychosocial risks, through a revision of bibliographic sources, as well as to study the intervention programs to prevent work stress. The results of the analysis of these documentary sources are presented and discussed and, finally, the main conclusions of this work are drawn.
