[EN]Vehicles Technical Inspection (ITV) stations are in charge of verifying the compliance of the regulations that guarantee that all vehicles actually in use are in the best possible conditions. But the high number of these vehicles, together with a complicated legislation make the implicit documental management a difficult task, thus reducing the efficiency of the ITV technicians. In this Master Thesis (TFM) a feasible solution is proposed to optimize the time for accessing and storing documents. A beta version of software, with a friendly graphic interface, has been designed for this purpose. It has been tested on three common cases and two technicians with different levels of expertise, obtaining accesing time reductions up to 56%. Therefore, the optimization method here proposed seems reliable, and it may be fully implemented in a more complete scenario taking into account all the cases that could be posed in an ITV station.
