Mejorar la Inteligencia Emocional en el contexto del aula

Abstract

[ES] La finalidad de este trabajo de fin de máster (TFM) es hacer una breve reflexión sobre la importancia de la Inteligencia Emocional (IE) en las aulas de 4º de Educación Primaria. Si comparamos la atención que se le ha prestado a las competencias académicas frente a las competencias emocionales, observamos que no se ha trabajado suficientemente en el ámbito escolar. Pese a la creencia de que resulta innato o natural, los niños se enfrentan a dificultades cuando tienen que expresar sus emociones. Efectivamente, trabajar la IE en el aula conlleva una serie de obstáculos que han de ser abordados durante el proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje. En consecuencia con lo anterior, vamos a diseñar un Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica de Inteligencia Emocional para alumnos de 4º curso de Educación Primaria.

[EN] The objective of this work of end of Master's degree (TFM) is to make a brief reflection about the importance of emotional intelligence (EI) in the classrooms of 4th Primary Education. If we compare the attention that has been given to the academic skills with to the emotional competencies, we note that it has not worked sufficiently in schools. Despite the belief that it is innate or natural, children are facing difficulties when they have to express their emotions. Indeed, that we work the IE in the classroom has a number of obstacles that we must be address during the teaching-learning process. In consequence with the above, we will design an orientation program and psychopedagogical intervention of Emotional Intelligence for students of 4th year of primary education.
