PORTAFOLIO DE COMPETENCIAS

Abstract

La tarea en este Trabajo de Fin de Grado será la de realizar un portafolio de competencias del Grado de Administración y Dirección de empresas de la Universidad de Jaén, es decir, detallar que competencias se han adquirido y cual no en estos años cursando este Grado.

En este trabajo mostraré cómo me he ido formando con el estudio de diferentes asignaturas (y otras actividades y vivencias) para ir adquiriendo competencias y formación en esta primera etapa universitaria.

Utilizaremos una biblioteca académica personal (trabajos y actividades que he ido realizando) así como documentos recopilados de internet, bibliotecas, etc. para mostrar cómo he ido adquiriendo algunas de las competencias que se detallan en un principio al empezar una carrera. También se hará mención y con una crítica real y constructiva a aquellas competencias que creo que no he aprendido en este Grado y que son importantes desde mi punto de vista. The task in this Final Degree Project will be to carry out a portfolio of competences for the Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Jaén, that is, to detail what competencies have been acquired and which have not been completed in these years.

In this work I will show how I have been training with the study of different subjects (and other activities and experiences) to acquire skills and training in this first university stage.

We will use a personal academic library (works and activities that I have been carrying out) as well as documents collected from the internet, libraries, etc. to show how I have been acquiring some of the skills that are detailed at the beginning when starting a career. Mention will also be made and with a real and constructive criticism of those competences that I think I have not learned in this Degree and that are important from my point of view.
