Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo se centra en el análisis y comprensión del escenario actual de los nuevos modelos
de negocio en la logística utilizando un enfoque teórico‐práctico. Guiado por esta premisa se han
establecido dos grandes objetivos generales. En primer lugar se ha planteado comprender cuál es el
estado actual del conocimiento sobre nuevos modelos de negocio en la logística. Con el fin de lograr
dicho objetivo se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre el tema. Resultando en el
análisis de 39 artículos científicos que fueron clasificados en tres líneas de investigación. En segundo
lugar, se ha planteado clasificar los nuevos modelos de negocio que están surgiendo y transformando
el sector en la logística, proponiendo distintos arquetipos. Con base en la revisión de la literatura y la
identificación de casos prácticos, los arquetipos definidos fueron cinco arquetipos.
[EN] This paper focuses on the analysis and understanding of the current scenario of new business models in logistics using a theoretical‐practical approach. In the first place, it has been proposed to understand the current state of knowledge about new business models in logistics. In order to achieve this objective, a systematic review of the literature on the subject has been carried out. Resulting in the analysis of 39 scientific articles that were classified in three research lines. Second, it has been considered to classify the new business models that are emerging and transforming the sector into logistics, proposing different archetypes. Based on the review of the literature and the identification of practical cases, the archetypes defined were five archetypes.
