La soledad de la mujer anciana y el SAD

Abstract

[ES]El trabajo que a continuación se desarrollara abordará el caso de la exclusión social de la mujer anciana que vive en soledad desde el servicio creado, en parte, como solución a la misma: la ayuda a domicilio. Entendemos que este servicio aporta grandes beneficios a las personas usuarias, por lo que el objetivo en este trabajo consistirá no solo en verificar la anterior afirmación, sino también saber cuál es el alcance de la satisfacción de usuarios, familiares de usuarios y trabajadores del servicio de ayuda a domicilio. A través de una investigación, empleando una metodología cualitativa y la técnica de la entrevista en profundidad a todos los informantes clave implicados, hemos obtenido los resultados que nos clarifican la situación anteriormente descrita

[EN]The work that later was developing will approach the case of the exclusion social of the elderly woman who lives in loneliness from the service created in part to be of the solutions to the same one, the service of help to domicile. We understand that this service contributes big benefits to the person users, for what our aim in this work will consist not of checking only the previous affirmation, but to also which is the scope of the satisfaction of users, relatives of users and workers of the service of help to domicile. Through research , using qualitative and technique of in-depth interview all key informants involved methodology , we obtained the results that we clarify the situation described above
