La incorporación de la mujer en el mercado laboral en la UE y en España.

Abstract

Este trabajo realiza un análisis comparativo del mercado laboral en la Unión Europea y en España, observando cómo ha ido evolucionando la mujer en dicho mercado. Así como, en la actualidad aún les afectan el techo de cristal y de cemento que son unas barreras invisibles, pero que se encuentran presentes.

Además, hemos estudiado el ingreso de la mujer al mercado laboral en el S.XVIII y cómo afecta la nueva modificación del permiso parental a la conciliación familiar y laboral de ambos padres.

Por último, hemos estudiado los salarios, la brecha salarial y laboral, así como la segregación horizontal y vertical.

This work performs a comparative analysis of the labor market in the European Union and in Spain, observing how women have evolved in that market. Just as they are currently still affected by the glass and concrete ceiling, these ceilings are invisible but still present barriers.

In addition, we have studied the entry of women into the labor market in the 18th century and how the new modification of parental leave affects the reconciliation of family and work of both parents.

Finally, we have studied wages, the wage and labor gap, as well as horizontal and vertical segregation.
