CONCILIACIÓN FAMILIAR EN ESPAÑA DURANTE EL SIGLO XXI. RETOS Y PERSPECTIVAS

Abstract

Este trabajo persigue el objetivo general de analizar los retos actuales de la sociedad española para la consecución de la conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar, para ello hemos analizado la evolución del papel de la mujer en la sociedad desde la época franquista hasta la actualidad, a la vez que teníamos en cuenta los diferentes cambios económicos, sociales y políticos. A su vez, hemos compartido datos de investigaciones oficiales que aportan conclusiones muy claras acerca de este tema. Estas conclusiones señalan que la mujer aún arrastra roles de género que le llevan a asumir más carga en las tareas domésticas, cuidado de hijos o familiares dependientes que el hombreThis work pursues the general objective of analyzing the current challenges of Spanish society in achieving the conciliation of work and family life. To do so, we have analyzed the evolution of the role of women in society from the Franco era to the present, while taking into account the different economic, social and political changes. At the same time, we have shared data from official research that provide very clear conclusions on this subject. These conclusions indicate that women still have gender roles that lead them to assume more burden in domestic tasks, caring for children or dependent relatives than men
