The increase in life expectancy in our country in recent years and the decrease in the birth rate, has led to a progressive aging of the population, which is a challenge for the future. Therefore, it is essential to promote active aging, and within this one of its strategies, such as Intergenerational Relations. Many are the benefits obtained by implementing such Intergenerational Programs, and not only for the group of older people, but we are facing a mutual learning between the two generations to exchange experiences and experiences. Also, through this interaction will open a wide range of possibilities aimed at promoting active, positive aging, and the active participation of the group of older people in society.
